Commercial property agent Paul Harding has returned to his roots and joined Derby-based BB&J Commercial as part of the chartered surveyor and commercial property firm’s ongoing expansion.
Paul started his career initially at the Valuation Office in Derby. He has since worked in private practice in the East Midlands, Central London and the South East in a career spanning thirty years.
He is an RICS registered valuer and has successfully undertaken instructions in respect of commercial agency, rating, valuation (including assets) along with providing advice on landlord and tenant issues.
Paul said: “Having worked with a wide range of clients from both the public and private sectors over the years, I have still maintained strong links to the East Midlands.
“This is an exciting time to be returning to my home city with increased activity in the commercial property market both in Derby and across the region.”
BB&J Commercial was established in 2010 as a standalone commercial property division of the residential agency Boxall Brown & Jones, which was founded in 1990.
