An engineering recruitment firm has opened an office in Derby creating new jobs. TXM Recruit, which has headquarters in Milton Keynes, has taken space in 19 St Christopher’s Way, Pride Park, in order to have a central base to serve clients across the UK, particularly rail and manufacturing firms. The company was founded 11 years ago and since then it has built up a large client base, recruiting staff firms particularly in the rail and manufacturing industries, not just in the UK but globally.
Today, as well as the Milton Keynes head office, it has bases in London and Birmingham as well as having a presence in the US, Australia and the Middle East. The new Derby office on St Christopher’s Way will initially employ five people, although the firm is looking to add to that in the future.
Andrew Midgley, Managing Director at TXM Recruit, said: “This expansion of TXM Recruit into Derby cements our commitment to clients by expanding our geographical locations into the heartland of engineering excellence – particularly within rail. 2017 presents an exciting year for TXM Recruit as we continue to drive the business forwards and develop our offering.”
Graham Bancroft, Partner at BB&J Commercial said “We are extremely pleased to have attracted TXM Recruit into Derby and have worked hard to find space to match their requirements. The refurbished offices at 19 St Christopher’s Way offer excellent high quality accommodation within what is fast becoming one of the most popular serviced offices in the city. The letting once again proves that Pride Park remains the most sought after location for office occupiers.”
